This site was put together to present my Drexel University Master of Science in Learning Technologies Co-Op project.

Co-Op project

The focus of this project has been to promote New Digital Media Literacies. I am also looking at how schools across Pennsylvania can share recourses across a dedicated broadband network the is being developed by KINBER call PennRen.

Who am I ? (e-Portfolio)

First and foremost I am a designer, I have 15 years of experience in product design, I then became involve with 10 years of web development and approached it from the perspective of another product that needed sound design principles, adding databases and usability to the projects I worked on. This included making the web accessible and easy to navigate to everyone.

Recently I have become interested in design for education. We are in a time of rapid change and education is no exception. Technology has become an important part of both out lives and education. What are the skills that 21st century learner need to become positive citizens of our world.

I now believe New Digital Media Literacies will be an important tool towards this end.

I have included samples of work I have completed using various tools. They all share a New Digital Media Literacy approach.
