A&P I & II Text Book Options
A&P I & II Text Book Options
We also use several digital tools for this course, which includes lab simulations and adaptive learning tools for reading assignments. You must follow the instructions below to make sure you get the right materials.
There are a few options. The BCCC Bookstore is one option, but it is the most expensive. I DO NOT recommend it. The loose leaf version of the book will cost $248.25 and the hard cover is over $275.
The following instructions will show you the least expensive way to get everything you need for both A&P I and A&P II.
We are using the text book Anatomy & Physiology, Unity of Form and Function, 7th Edition, by Kenneth Saladin.
1.Don’t buy a book at all.
2.When you register for the course materials through Canvas on the first day of class, choose the “BUY ONLINE” version (this is covered in the orientation).
3.Choose the version with the ebook ($152.25). This has all the tools required. A print copy is NOT required.
However, if you still want a print copy of
the book follow the instructions below.
4. Click the link saying you need a loose leaf print copy.
5. Purchase online for $40 including shipping. Total cost: $192.25 for the same thing the bookstore charges $248.25 for. This is good for 2 semesters (A&P I & II).
