Mike Sielski joined The Wall Street Journal as a reporter in March 2010. There, he has covered pro baseball, football and hockey as part of the paper's push to change the nature of daily sports journalism. An alumnus of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, he was formerly the sports columnist for Calkins Media, a newspaper chain in suburban Philadelphia. Sielski is also the author of two books, including Fading Echoes: A True Story of Rivalry and Brotherhood from the Football Field to the Fields of Honor. He lives in Bucks County with his wife and son.
